This helps to protect the product from inadvertent contamination by the consumer during use. Diazolidinyl Urea works by slowly releasing a small amount of formaldehyde into the formlation.

Diazolidinylurea is widely used as antiseptic in creams, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, liquid cosmetics and eye-cosmetics. Recommended dosage 0.1-0.3%, PH= 3-9,  temperature＜50℃. It will be more effective if combined with Parabens.
